Posted January 21, 201213 yr I have a HP Officejet Pro 8500 A910. Multiple uses: scanning, printing, faxing. Installing it I am able to scan and print, and fax, but I wan to set it up for faxing, directly from the computer. In trying to I go to the control panel and click on the (printer and faxes). It comes up with an option(s) to set-up faxing configuring components shows up. And immediately, another pop-up (insert disk). Stating, "Please insert CD labled 'Windows XP Professional CD-ROM'. How do I this CD, and again will I be able to fax, letters, etc., directly for my PC? Thank you. Continue reading...
