For personal reasons, I want to start using IE9 as my primary browser again, after years of using Chrome.

However, due to vision problems, one major feature I -need- is high-contrast for just IE9. The Windows 7 high-contrast setting causes application specific display problems, so I can't use it.

Chrome had plugins from third parties that achieved this in different ways. My favorite was "color changer" that allowed you to override the background color and font of pages with your own setting.

Does IE9 have this ability in some form from some party?
