Posted January 20, 201213 yr I cancelled my msn dial-up account on Dec 21, 2011. Today I received a bill on my credit card statement for $21.95 for msn dial-up. My main concern is that my account number had been changed due to fraudulant charges in the summer of 2011. While all of the other automatic payments on my account needed to be updated it seems the Microsoft was able the get the information and continue to bill my account for services that have been confirmed as cancelled. Should I contact the BBB or perhaps a lawer? Continue reading...
