Where do I get the Office 2010 Product Updates to store in the \UPDATES folder for my Office...

I am following the guidance in http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ff602181.aspx (Deploy Office 2010 by using Group Policy computer startup scripts).

A word in the CAUTION section states: "You can place the Office 2010 product updates, which are applied after the installation is complete, in the Updates folder. For more information, see Office Customization Tool in Office 2010"

I follow the link in the CAUTION section and it takes me to the info on the Office Customization Tool in Office 2010. There is no word or mention about downloading, installating or storing the updates in the \UPDATES folder.

Where do I get the updates for Office 2010 Standard so I can place them in the \UPDATES folder as stated in the TechNet article? The link in this article is incorrect.
