Posted August 20, 200717 yr The PC user is set a scomputer administrator but cannot execue any program. The message says no permission. Explorer lets me see the program on the C: drive, but it will not execute. The message is that windows cannot run. I've done a full spyware and virus check but found nothing. In Safe mode, Administrator can execute. Creating a new user with admin privileges, then reboot in normal mode, that user cannot execute any program either. What do I look for? -- Doug
