Posted January 19, 201213 yr My automatic updates keeps trying to install this update, but fails I don't get any information about why it failed. I tried downling the file (NDP1.1sp1-KB2656353-X86.exe) and running it manually, but I still get nothing. I am running Windows XP (SP3). Any suggesitons? Any way to find out why it is failing?
