Posted January 18, 201213 yr Hello, I have attempted to go through a dozen forms of communication to get in contact with customer support and have run out of options. I recently upgraded my computer with a new motherboard, cpu, and ram and it triggered windows 7 to ask for another activation key (I guess it thinks it's a new computer?) and it told me that I had used all the activations for my key, even though I have only installed it on two computers. Once on my sister's computer, and twice on my desktop (I've upgraded it with a new motherboard previously). My copy of windows 7 home premium expires in a day, and I need another activation. How can I go about doing this? My product is a copy of a Windows 7 Upgrade Home Premium family pack. Continue reading...
