Problem:

1. Program Icons shows Windows Media Center.

2. When Clicking or select to run certain Microsoft programs i.e, Word,Excel, Adobe and other kinds of programs it goes to Windows Media Center.

3. "msconfiq" were tried already to use ordenary steps & procedure. But it remain the same the Windows Media Center keeps running.

4. Question: "Windows Media Center "is it a virus. Becuase any programs we tried to execute the Windows Media Center appears and keep running.

5. WHAT is the SOLUTION???

References for Problem Analysis:

1. Before the problem occured, USB flash drive was inserted/plug into the USB bay,.. then the Laptop suddenly hang-up and from then-on the Windows Media Center persistently appearing every time we tried to execute some programs.

2. Installed Anti Virus is Microsoft Security Essential and built-in McAfe AV for Toshiba

3. Microsoft Security Essential is frequently updated

4. McAfe AV is already expired.

QESTION : Is it possible that if we try to return to the Original state which is the Factory Set and then restore the back up, is there a chance that persistent Windows Media Center will be remove. is this Windows Media Center is a virus, because why this media center affects all programs installed.
