Will someone please let me know why this happens and if there is some type of fix, I can't get my dvd drive to view my dvd's anymore. I replaced it with (ATAPI DVD A DH20A4H) and after about 1year later I started getting this error code: Media in CD/DVD drive is not readable (ATAPI DVD A DH20A4H). I used Microsoft Diagnostic tool to see if it could find a fix and nothing.

Please help??
