Very simple wording change suggestion in Scheduled Scan Settings to add clarity

Just a simple wording change suggestion:

Instead of "Limit CPU Usage during scan to [ 50% ]", substitute: "Limit MSE cpu usage during scan to [ 50% ]". We've had many dozens of questions on whether the limit applies to the MSE scan or to everything but the MSE scan. This one three letter addition would clear that up.

I'm adding it here because it was suggested in a non-beta thread by Davidlahall and is being submitted as normal feedback, but I see it applies to Beta as well, so I created a Beta thread to hopefully get it to the Beta design group in time for the final release (if it's as easy as it seems and everyone agrees).

Thanks for considering this seemingly easy and potentially useful change.
