Hi, I need some help.

O/S: Win 7 Ultimate 64-bit on a Dell (Intel Core2) Precision m6300

When I try to install any windows components, it fails with the "An error has occurred, not all of the features were installed"

When I view the cbs log file, I see the line: CBS Exec: Failed to pre-stage package: Microsoft-Windows-WMPNetworkSharingService-Package~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~en-US~6.1.7601.17514, file: Chkr.dll, source: \\?\C:\Windows\Servicing\Packages\amd64_microsoft-windows-s..inboxgames-checkers_31bf3856ad364e35_6.1.7601.17514_none_d467c138cbce0b24\Chkr.dll, sandbox: (null) [hrESULT = 0x800f081f - CBS_E_SOURCE_MISSING]

A couple of things bother me about this... First, why does it reference AMD and I have an intel, and where has something been installed to make it think it is an AMD... assuming I'm reading this correctly.

When I run the system readiness tool, the checksur.log shows no errors or problems.

Thank you for any help!

Chris
