Posted January 17, 201213 yr i have just bought a new samsung notebook with windows 7 starter already installed. I went through the registration process, then inserted a norton anti-virus cd to download and now it wont reload at all and just turns itself off. I am not tech expert and am stuck with possible solutions. Samsung website refers you to microsoft and microsoft refers me back to samsung..........any possible solutions? Continue reading...
