I have an HP Mini 110-3030NR with Windows 7 starter, that I bought in September 2010. Earlier in 2011, it stopped installing some Windows updates. It won't install Service Pack 1. Microsoft tells me to reinstall Windows with the CD, but there was no CD or drive with this unit. I've gotten no response from Wiki Answers, or HP.
