Reloading windows XP after reformatting Drive 0

Having a problem reloading the Windows XP (Pro) OS after having reformatted the drive to remove a partition. I just recertified my copy of windows 2 days ago with Microsoft and was assigned a new 25 digit product key which I didn't get a copy of when I did the recertification. Anyone know a phone number at microsoft to call to clear up this problem?
