Logging In to Free PC Help Forum Has Changed

MS Office Professional 2010 Free Trial does not install or do anything after the download.

Hello, I'm trying to download Office Pro 2010 free trial to my new HP i7 desktop: the 'download' process does not ask where I want to put the download file. It does give a simple progress bar for %-completion and remaining time. When the 950MB download completes, there is NOTHING...no dialog to ask if I want to run this....or where to put the uncompressed files.....Nothing. And nothing showing in the Start/Programs list, or in Add/Remove Programs.

The machine does have the Office Starter products for Word and Excel installed.

I've done this twice now, with same results...any help is appreciated. Thanks.
