Is Reg Zooka the best way to clean my computer?

Is Reg Zooka the best way to clean my computer. Registry Mechanic keeps popping up on my computer and telling me I have hundreds of warnings and errors. I then got a phone call from these people claiming to be microsoft (but they were not) and told me that they keep getting feedback from my computer that it is in need of urgent attention. When they got me to look in event viewer there were 9,000 odd critical warnings but mostly errors and warnings. I want to run a free download of Reg Zooka but I do have microsoft security essentials and Macafee security scan plus running and protecting my computer and they both seem happy with my computer! What do you suggest?
