How to completely remove the Trojan:DOS/Alureon.E malware?

I have tried several removal tools including MSE and MS Safety Scanner, TDSSKILL, Super Antispyware and Malwarebytes. Some do not detect the trojan and the ones that do can not completely extract it. MSE finds it on every boot up but can not completely remove it. Trojan:DOS/Alureon.E malware is the name of the malware.

 

Any suggestions on how to completely get to this thing to remove it? I understand that it has created a new partition where it resides and the removal efforts are blocked by a software restriction policy.
