Win7 Setup can't find data image on a USB drive

I prepared an OS image for Windows 7 with only boot-critical drivers and a separate data image for drivers. I'm running the installation from a USB boot medium and want to load both images from USB, not from a network path. No problem with the OS image, but I can't find a way to point to the data image.

 

It seems like this should be simple, so maybe I'm missing something obvious.

 

Any ideas?
