How to remove winloq.exe virut

Essentials remove autorun.inf file like

but not remove winloq.exe in [my usb]:\RECYCLER\S-1-5-21-1482476501-3352491937-682996330-1013\winloq.exe

 

and virut once and once again exis, How do I delete it.
