Why are my pinned sites' jump lists not working properly?

After I have pinned a site to the taskbar, and I access the site's jump list, if I try to Start InPrivate Browsing, or clicking on a link under the Tasks heading, or, if a site has one, it's own custom heading, a folder opens. The folder that opens is: C:\Windows\system32

Is there a way to stop this from happening? I am using the 64-bit version of IE9.

Thanks for the help!
