Need Windows Media Player Security upgrade 2.5.01 upgrade button doesn't work

In trying to get DRM 2.5.0.1 upgrade for Windows Media 11 in XP always unsuccessful regardless of what I do. The upgrade button is grayed out in Google Chrome at http://drmlicense.one.microsoft.com/Indivsite/en/indivit.asp and although it is shown there not grayed out in IE, when clicked then the new Upgrade completed succesfully button appears but is is grayed out. The upgrade is not done. I need the upgrade to download and transfer audio books from the Overdrive Media Console to the Windows Media..
