Win32/Gamarue.B what is it and how do I get rid of it?

I'm finding this," Win32/Gamarue.B", listed as a worm, along with a severe alert warning.only on my microsoft security essentials. The Telus security I have as my

main security doesn't find it. I don't know how to remove it , or isolate the ( I don't know ??) file...I contacted my security pros. the person is part of a call center

and wasn't qualified to tell me how to get my security ( internet ) to operate so as it is not compromised to isolate this worm or other virrises. I'm needing answers

to find a way to remove the worm, and or how to double chech my security so as to know wether or not it is compromised.
