Security Essentials BETA Errored out and thought it tested a virus

I was currently work on a lab that was using eclipse and java when security essentials said there was detected file. The file was not new and I have compiled it numerous times. When I look at the error report it seems like security essentials encountered and error and therefore it though the file was malicious. I know that it is not malicious.
