Guest William Whyte Posted January 13, 2012 Posted January 13, 2012 Hello. I am having difficulty with Office Professional Plus 2010 Home Use Program. This all started with issues between it and iCloud not syncing or even recognizing each other. At Apple tech’s request, I removed the 2010 suite for a reinstall. The problem that I have is that I don’t have the disk for the install as it was an online download with an Activation key provided to me from work. I have both the Product # and Product Key (FPP). As I don’t have the disk, I reinstalled Office Enterprise 2007 which works, problem solved. The problem I have is trying to reinstall 2010. I thought I could download a trial version of 2010, then plug in the Product Key and make it happen, however, the site will not allow this, instead just going to “Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage.” Diagnostics state that the web site is refusing the request, or something like that. How can I download 2010 again so that I can use it? I have paid for it, and want to be able to access it and am getting a tad frustrated. Also, may I suggest FREE online support via web chat from MS. Apple does it, so I think you can too. Thank you to any and all who reply. Continue reading... Quote
