trojan:JS/BlacoleRef.V (it's gone now) Potentially Unprotected

I had the win 7 2012 virus recently but I think I have that removed. But when I look at the history section there's still this trojan, trojan:JS/BlacoleRef.V that seems to be still there. Under actions taken it saids "allowed". How do I remove it? I dont' see an option for that?

Just an edit. It doesn't appear to be there anymore but I still have the message potentially unprotected. What does this mean?

I ran the program that removes malware earlier. It's called something windows offline? I just can't think right now I'm so sorry. It didn't detect any viruses or trojan that was the weird part. It took over 5 hours. But now I'm scanning with microsoft security essential and trojans are still popping up. When I remove them i get the potentially unprotected message? Did I not do this correct? Please anyone can help? Thanks.
