Command line installation of printer drivers via printui.dll

Is it possible to install printers using printui.dll command line using the bundled windows 7 printer drivers that come with the OS or from the update drivers that can be obtained from Windows Update? I have done this before using the printer drivers and inf file that I've downloaded from a vendor site. But I need to install several printers that come bundled with the Windows 7, that don't have a corresponding download anymore on the vendor site. A couple examples would be the Lexmark Optra M410 or Xerox 3250. I need to find out how to install a new printer object and then simply install additional drivers of various models without creating a new printer object.
