Why do I keep getting this message in Microsoft Security Essentials ( C:\Users\Vincent\AppData\Roaming\svchost.exe ) and how do i fix it ?

It happens after every restart .

 

System info: Dell Inspiron 1545

Processor: Pentium ® Dual-Core CPU T4500 @ 2.30GHz

RAM: 4.00GB

System info: 64-bit Operating System Windows 7 Home Premium Service pack 1
