Install ONLY MS Anti-Spyware and keep my non-Microsoft Antivirus program = possible/adviseable?

I want to keep my current antivirus program (McAfee), but I need MS Anti-spyware, too.

To my knowledge, McAfee has no free anti-spyware program.
