I have two programs in the "Add or Remove" control panel, that will NOT uninstall and/or remove themselves. One program is Microsoft Silverlight program, and the other is the Nero 9 Essentials. I noticed that Microsoft has a solution that can be done manually, but I dare not do it because it involves getting into System 32, which I will not touch. How can I remove these two programs which I don't need or use? Any and all solutions and advise will be welcomed.
