I just recently installed MS Security Essentials on my computer. I'm new to this anti-virus so i still don't know the dos and don'ts. But when i connected my external hard drive, MS essentials detected threats, and asked what do i want to do with them. and because I'm not so familiar with this, i accidentally deleted my back up files without knowing. now can anyone help me recover my files? please! i really need those files back for my study. thanks.
