IE 7 Runonce Operation Aborted and other errors.

I had a Home Premium machine that I think was hit by a virus. (The user

click on a link in one of those e-cards.)

 

I reset IE but the opening page (runonce.msn.com) either stays blank or I

get an Operation Aborted error.

 

AND...Mcafee's security center is blank. It all seems like to me something

is broken is running scripts.

 

At one time Vista told me it had the Renos virus too...

 

I find precious little on how to remove it. I can't with McAfee.

 

Any help?
