How to manage settings under the Privacy tab using GPOs

If you click on Tools -> Internet Options and then click on the Privacy tab, there are settings that can be changed for the Internet Zone. How can these settings be changed via GPO? For example, I want to change to the settings to "Accept All Cookies" for all the domain users so that everybody gets that setting.
