how to determine number of disks attaced to system

Hi,

I am using diskpart.exe with script.... my script is working on the attached usb disk (disk1)... now situation occurs if a user has attached some other external drives to system. All i need is to check if there are more than 2 disk, display mesage to remove it and then proceed further, is it possible ?
