I added IE9 BlockerToolkit to Administrative Templates under Computer Configuration.

Cleared the "Only show policy settings that can be fully managed" option in the Filtering dialog.

Under Computer Configuration / Administrative Templates / Windows Components / Windows Update

I see Automatic Updates Blockers v3 also, I enabled the policy "Do not allow delivery of Internet Explorer 9 via Automatic Updates".

I performed gpudate /force on my Windows 7 Client and the registry key was created (HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Setup\9.0).

However, when I run gpupdate /force on Windows XP Client, the key was not created also, I do not see Automatic Updates Blockers v2 Under Computer Configuration / Administrative Templates / Windows Components / Windows Update

Thanks for the help in advance
