Zoom above 100% in Report Viewer 2010 SP1 Redistributable does not work with IE9

When using Report Viewer 2010 SP1 Redistributable with IE9, if you zoom higher than 100% (ex: 150%), the top part of the screen (the report title and some detail lines) is no longer visible and you cannot scroll upwards to see it. Zoom works OK in compatibility mode and in IE8. Is Microsoft aware of this issue and is there a fix available?
