I have several users that have customizations in Outlook 2003 that they need to be there in 2010. I have been working with the Office Customization Tool and it seems ok, but not great for a lot of what I want to do. Will the following settings still be set in Outlook 2010 like they were in Outlook 2003? Connections to PST archives Shortcuts (created in Outlook) to PSTs Open in Shortcut View RPC over HTTP settings Fonts Signature I made sure to configure the Office Customization Tool to upgrade the Outlook Profile (not replace).
