Upgrade - Will Outlook keep all settings from 2003 to 2010?

I am planning on my Office 2010 deployment and I will be upgrading from 2003. I have several users that have customizations in Outlook 2003 that they need to be there in 2010. I have been working with the Office Customization Tool and it seems ok, but not great for a lot of what I want to do. Will the following settings still be set in Outlook 2010 like they were in Outlook 2003?

  • Connections to PST archives
  • Shortcuts (created in Outlook) to PSTs
  • Open in Shortcut View
  • RPC over HTTP settings
  • Fonts
  • Signature

I made sure to configure the Office Customization Tool to upgrade the Outlook Profile (not replace). In my early tests the accounts worked and everything connects to Exchange, but I want to know where to find the answer to the previous question.
