How to manage Windows 7 group policy from the domain controller?

2 domain controllers, 2003 and 2008. In the past, I use GP Manager in 2003 to manage GP for all XP clients. Starting to employ more and more Windows 7 clients and wondering what's the best or easiest way to set group policy from the DC level.
