Using USMT to do a domain migration on the same Windows 7 system?

My current issue is to see if there is an easier way than to manually copy files from one profile to another on the same Windows 7 system. The parameters would be:

Saving files and setting on current profile, including Outlook 2003 data

Slight IP address change, then moving to another domain with mimicked username credentials

Restoring files and settings to the new profile

 

Later I will be doing much of the same process (domain move, but no IP address change) at the XP Pro level, with much more systems...
