Guest Roy Boyce Posted January 4, 2012 Posted January 4, 2012 My computer was delivered with Office Pro 2010 pre-installed, and a Product Key card provided. My Help screen files appear to have been corrupted and no longer work. MS recommend I uninstall and re-install by downloading new copy from www.office.com/backup. Each time I submit the relevant Product Key I am told the request cannot be processed because the Product Key is registered "on this site" to someone else.
