Unremovable Trojan

I have a Trojan on board, and I can't seem to get rid of it.

I ran MSE and tackled and removed a number of other threats it spawned, but the main issue is still there.

I even tried disconnecting from the internet and running through the full scan process including restart and still haven't succeeded.

 

Thoughts, advice, help?

 

The Trojan ID's as: Trojan:DOS/Alureon.E
