Missing or Corrupt WINDOWS/INF/biosinfo.inf on Reboot after installing SP3

After installing Windows Service Pack 3, I recieve this message on reboot"Windows could not start because the following file is missing or corrupt: /WINDOWS/INF/biosinfo.inf

 

This happened on a clean install with no other software installed other than SP1a.

 

Is There a workaround for this problem or Do I Just need to start again?
