IE 9 not working

My IE 9 install will not work afer install on Windows 7 64 bit if I try to start a new tab it just doesn't work, no spinning circle nothing just blank, It won't let me download FireFox ro get rid of it, I'm at a loss???

 

Please help

CRM 4, SQL Server and .Net developer using C#
