I was "forced" to purchase a program "Win 7 Security 2012" when I could not open a normal screen that was not blocked by the Win 7 screen.

I wonder if this program is an authorized Microsoft program as the methods used to force me to purchase this product were not in the usual

manner that I believe Microsoft uses.

I have had nothing but difficulties with my computer since this, although, I was able to get to my programs and on the Internet until this AM.

I am now in the "Safe mode" with internet access. Every time that I go to "normal" start up, I get a little box that states that it is setting up

personal settings for Windows\SysWOW64\mscories.dll.install.
