Whether I'm online or not, Microsoft Security Essentials (Sweet Program btw) is constantly warning me that the computer needs to be scanned even though maybe only five or ten minutes have passed by! This problem started immediately after Windows 7 update earlier this month of Dec and is now growing somewhAT DISturbing! I've checked the settings, but. . . . Can't I have it do the scans on its own, or am I damned?

Sincerely need help.
