Posted December 31, 201112 yr Ipaid for and received the download links from you. I have tried several times to download the software below using the download links you have sent to me. However, it does not work and I get messages that the links are in 32 bit format and my operating system is in 64 bit links. There is no links or tools to use that correctly change the 32 bit format to the needed 64 bit format. Please send me the appropriate links so that the software which I paid for and which you sent me downloaded links to is in the 64 bit format and/or the necessary tools to change your current 32 bit links to the needed 64 bit format to fit my system.
