When updates are downloaded for Windows Defender, Firewall and other things, it knock out my Microtrend Antivirus. Windows updates on my Vista computer for Firewall and Windows Defender interferes with my microtrend Antivirus software so it does not work anymore?

 

After the last automatic update this month by windows, my Microtrend completely disappeared and it had been working since August 2011. I had to contact Microtrend and download it all again. Now I have to approve all your updates why does this happen?

When my Firewall is off, my computer automatically shuts down when I go on the internet why?
