2 of my sons have laptops. We used Microsoft Security Essentials to run a full scan on both computers and one of them came up with a trojan virus having been detected and under "action taken" it says allowed. The other computer shows 2 trojan viruses with the same action taken. When I click on them to see what they are, they come up as "severe threats" that must be removed immediately. First of all, why didn't they get removed in the first place---(like the other threats that were found) and secondly, it tells us to remove them, but it doesn't tell us how to go about doing that. Can anyone help?
