InfoPath 2010 - cannot create a new form

I have installed InfoPath 2010 on my computer which has Vista and Office Professional 2007.

When I start InfoPath 2010 Designer , in New tab The "Available Forms" list has only 1 entry available - "Recently Used Forms".

I want to get to "Popular Form Templates" - "Blank Form" to create a new form but this whole selection is missing.

Any suggestions.
