I’ve been a huge fan of the Kindle platform since the beginning, but Amazon stumbled in late 2011, releasing flawed versions of its base Kindle and Kindle device and a deeply flawed tablet device, the Kindle Fire. Amazon’s no stranger to steady improvement, and I’m sure the company will do the right thing in 2012. Here are some suggestions for getting there.
