bluetooth connects with Samsung LBS (route 66) won't connect with other apps. Any ideas?

I have a Samsung Omina ii, when runing Samsung LBS (Route 66) bluetooth GPS connects, however when running any other app with GPS there's no connection.

GPS shows up as paired, connection failed.

Thanks for any help.
